I post today an amazingly pastel-sketch; created, crafted n gifted to me by Uday. He is an artist, a dear friend & a wonderful individual, who taught me some useful techniques of painting n sketching, all for free! :)

SpEcT-a-CuLaR !

Captured this living creature in its most amazing form..............silently lying down, slowly n steadily moving an inch, sometimes. The caterpillar enjoys most of its little time that it is granted, brilliantly; doing what it loves the most. As it eats n eats, preparing itself for a transformation that will turn it to a “Spect-a-cular” creature; adding colours, sheen n wings to it!

When I adjusted my camera lens to capture this beauty, I was wondering that a few weeks later, this crawling being would re-appear in the garden “living” its life again, fluttering here n there, flaunting deep, bright colors, reflecting celebration of a different kind.

DeLight-fuLL !

I had crafted this “tatting-flower”, just like dis, in an attempt to create something new. I used a thread, colourful to sight with dark-pink, baby-pink n white colors, arranged alternatively. Lastly, I finished it with a green stem, which made it appear freshly picked n placed on the sheet.

I was happy & contented seeing the lovely-little flower, days n days after it was created first. I realized, the beauty of my creation lies more in the fact that it is incapable of withering away, quietly being there, for always.

I realised more thus; maybe I will not be there, always, to gaze it as a spectator though.......!

Captured !

This single white beauty attracted me with such power that I immediately surrendered to it. The five, mighty, big petals drew my attention for long and I kept wondering the flawlessness of the creator.

Without blinking, I captured this breath-taking and untouched form of beauty....! :)

DaAaRrr...LinGgSSss !!

They say: “the secret to good health & prosperity is to always stay happy and contented with whatever you are offered”. This simple statement appears perfect and meaningful in all situations of life.

I agree with this philosophy and “always” follow it too when things are turning grey and beyond my capacity to tailor it back to normal. It is when I realize that I have lost all brighter colours in my palette and the ones left are of little help; thus tagging on this statement keeps me at PeacE ! :)

But the twist to the tale starts here; giving me a definite purpose for posting this blog today. I felt the above statement is devoid of an “important-InGreDienT”. So, after “adding” that the statement appeared thus:

“The secret to good health & prosperity is to always stay happy and contented with whatever you are offered...........and sometimes it’s all about “StAYInG-ToGEtHER” – as room-mates !”

So, now that you see flawless “SmiLe & dImpLE” that we all are flaunting above is ONLY b’coz “we are ALL staying together as ONE” ! ~~ :)

Settling to thoughts !!

I have not written any post lately. I did not intent to do so; I was tired, exhausted and felt debilitated. Sojourning in a place which fills me with profound energy and valour is the best activity I have indulged myself into. I have thus started to pen down stories that make way to be posted in my blog.

I logged in to www.orangeblossom.blogspot.com and the look that it wore, turned me to tears. My little baby, I realized was not touched for months.....

I felt guilty and so decided to shop for it a brand new dress (read blog-post) in this season. Though it's been eights months only, but to regain the influx of thoughts flowing in to transfer them on to the paper is appearing tough. But, I promise I am not giving it up......so soon :)
